Would they have got a website designer to do it for them and would i be able to create something similar to this using HTML codes? I currently use weebly which enables you to use your own website template, but, i wouldn’t know how to start on building it!

Okay so we’re just beginning to plan our wedding… Well we have the colors picked out… and have determined where we want it etc etc but I want like a virtual makeover type of deal. A website where i could place tables and see if the colors would blend right if the plate is this color and the table clothe is a different.. I am a student that is a duel major my adviser wants me to change my major. Not only that but she is do not want to allow me the accommodations for me to take test and is making it hard for me in class.
