Any website developer design an income generating website on profit sharing?

I have got an idea about an income generating website and I am looking for a website developer who come forward design the website and share 50/50 profit sharing? Where do I advertise like this question so I can be contacted by someone who may be interested in like this proposal? Thanks You!

However, I must warn you: income generating websites are RARE. I have seen 100’s of projects that will make millions! None ever did.
