Are all SanDisk SDHC cards the same size?
ByI have a Canon PowerShot camera and with it, a SanDisk SDHC 4GB card. I’m contemplating buying a card with more space for my upcoming trip to Europe- I was thinking 8GB or 16GB. But anyways- are all of these cards the same size? I don’t want to spend and not have the card be the right size. Thanks in advance for any help.

If you mean the physical size as in length, width, height, etc., then yes they’re the same. If you’re talking about storage space (GB number), then no.

Physically yes, all the same. The only difference is the amount of data they can store.

Of course they are. If you had told us which model of powershot you have we could tell you how large of a card it will accept. Most newer Canons will use up to 32gb. I take several 4gb class 6 or faster cards on a trip, that way if a card goes sour I only lose the pics on that card.
