Would they have got a website designer to do it for them and would i be able to create something similar to this using HTML codes? I currently use weebly which enables you to use your own website template, but, i wouldn’t know how to start on building it!

Okay so we’re just beginning to plan our wedding… Well we have the colors picked out… and have determined where we want it etc etc but I want like a virtual makeover type of deal.
