We are doing a school project and have no idea what this means…

We are doing a project and cannot find on google what coding specs are. My group and I have been searching online for hours and we cannot find anything. PLEASE HELP!

Pls help me in finding good persons/firms that can do this job better for me.

I am a start up business so cost is important. I live in Twickenham, South West London, and would ideally like someone local or in West London. I’ve had my fingers burnt with someone far away who had a great website of his own and quoted a good price, but lousy service. Only recommend if you still use the guy/gal. Thanks.

i want to design a website, but i want it to be free to users. so how will i make money? it will be a buy/sell thing like ebay sorta just strictly clothes. i need to know how to build website and everything i need to know to get it up and going. oh and just pretend your talking to someone who knows nothing about computers. also i need to know how to make a little money. and lastly is there any upkeep i will have to do?

I’ve seen most of the pre-designed headers on the internet and I think they are not what I want. What program is suitable for me to design a beautiful header? It’s ok if I must pay to get it.
