No. Make it blank and get as many sponsors as you can for lots and lots of pop-ups.

First of all, WHY THE HELL WOULD U WANT TO DO THAT???
Well, anyway put a hard background color with a shiny font color, black background with purple letters for example. That is a certain way.
Some other ways can be many pop-ups, a very messy organization and, of course, a big amount of s**t in the text. That’s basically it.

Nope … just a make blank grey page with a black vertical line passing throw the middle…nobody will visit your page then!

you don’t have to design it..I mean don’t waste your time designing something that’s of no use.
