How to I access my photos without having to format my sdhc card because I dont want to lose the photos?
ByMy slr camera shows the pictures fine by my desktop can’t read it.

Is it a built in card reader, one of my memory cards won`t show in my built in reader but I can access it if I use my usb reader.
Or you could try it another computer.

oh i got a solution. just keep the sdhc card in the camera, plug i the usb cable for the camera, then access the pictures through the camera then just copy them from your camera and the paste them into the folder you have for it. hope this helps.

depends could do with some more information about the problem
like how are you trying to get the photos off of the camera
have you been able to get photos off it in the past
