Is There Anyone Who Can Help Me Make and Design A Fashion Website For People To Share Their Designs?

I have been planning to make a website for a while now for people to share their designs that they make, find inspiration and gain more experience from it. But i need some help making a website that is good and was wondering if there was anyone who could do it for me, ofc i will be giving credit and might be able to pay someone, after all i am just a student, But i need someone who knows about CSS and HTML etc..

Anyone?
