My new website design isn't showing up on everyone's computers.?
ByI went to school and typed in my website only to find out that it was showing up my old site. I recently changed hosting, it’s been a week, how come some ppl are still seeing my old site, even though I have a new and updated design up.
I learned that other people are able to see my new site, but then some people see the old one, what’s going on?
Thanks Rob, that makes sense now.

Two possibilities:
1. The people seeing your old site have it cached on their computers. Tell them to clear their browser cache or go to your site and hit Ctrl+F5 (should load a fresh copy). Clearing their cache is the surer bet.
2. The people seeing your old site have ISPs with out of date DNS servers. (If you don’t know, a DNS server converts a web address — Yahoo.com, for example — to the computer’s IP address.) If this is the case, their ISPs are still pulling the content from the old host. Find out from your new host what the IP address of your site is (if you have access to your hosting account’s control panel, you can usually find the IP address there.) Tell those users to try accessing your site with the IP address instead of the named address. If this works correctly, you’ll just have to wait until their DNS server updates before they can access the site normally. Unless they can change their network settings to use a different DNS server, but it’s hardly worth the trouble. Their’s should update eventually.

Are using a program such as a site builder and who is your host?

Some times people may have to clear their cache memory to be able to see what has changed on a web-site.
