Online program to design a website?
ByDoes anyone know a good online program that can help me create/design a website? For as little money as possible! I already bought the name and have a place to host it, I just need to design it and get it up and running!

If you have a place to host it, then log into your Control panel and go to File Manager. Use the Editor provided by your hosting service.

There is no online based program to do this (at least not any good ones). You need a html editor, there are some free ones. I believe NVU is the most popular of the free versions.

It really depends on what you want the website to do. If it’s just a simple website just learn HTML/CSS at w3schools.com and use Notepad to create it. It’s not that hard.
If you don’t think you can do that or if you want it to do more complicated things, just hire a professional web designer. Really, there’s no shortcuts to creating a good website and if you’re looking for a online program to do it I can tell you right now that the result is going to be horrible and if you are at all serious about it it will only lead to headaches for you further on.
Do it the right way right away.

Like Herman said you can use your computers notepad to do it, but you need to know how to write in HTML code. Its not gonna look outstading but it should get the job done. Now if you want somethin more profesional i would suggest Adobe Dreamweaver. Its like around $100, but im sure if you look hard enough on the web you might find it "free"
