What’s the best tool for collecting internal feedback on website design?
ByI’m designing a new website and I want to get ~40 employees to comment on the feature ideas. I want one page per feature, with room for people to post threaded comments. This should all be visible to the ~40 people working on the project, but no one else. Ideas?

Well, just create a forum that only those ~40 employees have access to. I would use PHP with a MySQL database to create the forum.
This was a very broad question. If my answer wasn’t accurate, please elaborate on your question.

besides creating a forum, you could maybe use wordpress and install a plugin that allows registered users to send you feedback.
