Why isn’t my 4GB Micro SDHC Card working when i put it into my computer?

My Computer is an Acer Aspire, just bought in 2009, and the SDHC card doesn’t read on my computer? It works when i put it into my phone, but it doesnt work when i put it into my computer? why?

try going on the makers website and download the driver software
